Service Description
Train with me at my private studio. You will not only be training progressively and efficiently but you will also learn HOW to train. I believe in educating my clients so that one day they will have the motivation and knowledge to be able to train themselves safely and effectively. Not only will you learn techniques and training systems, but you will also learn the purpose and benefits of each element because in order to be motivated to achieve a goal you need to understand what you're doing and why you're doing it, during every step of the journey. IN-PERSON SERVICES: • Personal training • Corrective exercise • Return to sport • Gait/Movement analysis • Strength & conditioning instruction • Holistic lifestyle coaching • Consultations YOU GET: • Goal setting session • One-to-one sessions in private studio. • Outdoor training sessions available. • Regular progress reviews • 60 minutes class, 5 workout or 8 workout sessions monthly • Access to coach via text during business hours • Accountability and nutrition support • Access to coach via text during business hours REDESIGNED PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: We’ve thoughtfully updated our personal training programs to be more conducive to distancing protocols. Milos Fitness priority during sessions is safety as the top priority and all sessions are 1-1.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Text or email to notify of cancellation 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions to avoid a charge • REFUND POLICY: Personal Training sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE • EXPIRATION POLICY: - Once you have purchased your PT package, you will have the same number of weeks as you do sessions in your package to complete your sessions for the month. - NO reimbursed for unused sessions • ***Considerations may be made for special circumstances***
