Service Description
Every child will receive a customized plan. The program, uses individual assessments, classroom training and embedded resilience to provide the critical skills youth need. There are many benefits for young athletes to start resistance training. Not only the impact on current and future sports performance, but on self-esteem and socialization. When implemented in a safe, and smart fashion youth can blossom into fit, strong young adults. Below are some of the beneficial outcomes: • Increase strength, endurance and flexibility • Reduce risk of sport-related injuries • Higher self-esteem and confidence • Increased concentration and decrease in mood swings • Enhance sports performance • Enhance motor skill performance YOU GET: • Goal setting session • One-to-one sessions in private studio • Outdoor training sessions available. • Regular progress reviews • Access to coach via text during business hours REDESIGNED PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS: We’ve thoughtfully updated our personal training programs to be more conducive to distancing protocols. Milos Fitness priority during sessions is safety as the top priority and all sessions are 1-1. GENERAL POLICIES • All required forms must be completed, current, and on-file prior to each session • All forms expire one year from the completion date or as medical history or payment method changes • All patrons must wear appropriate footwear and clothing to each session • Training session packages must be paid for in full before training starts
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Text or email to notify of cancellation 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions to avoid a charge • REFUND POLICY: Personal Training sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE • EXPIRATION POLICY: - Once you have purchased your PT package, you will have the same number of weeks as you do sessions in your package to complete your sessions for the month. - NO reimbursed for unused sessions • ***Considerations may be made for special circumstances***
